What is
the Play of Life?

The essence of the effectiveness of these self help techniques relies on a methodology called the Play of Life. The Play of Life was created by Dr Carlos A Raimundo over 20 years ago to help people of all ages find solutions to problems faster and live life better.

The kit and techniques have since been widely used by psychiatrists, family counsellors and corporate coaches but it has also been Dr Carlos’ dream to make the kit and techniques available to non-professionals. Dr Carlos believes that if we have the skills to help ourselves and one another, many situations we face can be tackled successfully before they get too big to handle.

Self-help techniques can never replace the professional skills of a good coach or counsellor but they can help us to live the life we want to live. The techniques can also be used between sessions with your regular therapist as a way of reinforcing and complimenting the counselling process.

To get started, order the Play of Life Kit $250 inc GST. The kit consists of a number of figurines and props, and a board “stage”; all contained in a portable zipped carry-case. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with links to your first on-line technique called “The Power of the First Step”.

After you've completed the first technique, continue your journey of self discovery with another technique from the Play of Life Self-Help selection. Once you have your kit, any of the other techniques can be purchased online for $40.
