What is
the Play of Life?

Active Learning Centre International is a team of  coaches and presenters trained to help individuals, groups and organisations translate vision, hopes and desires into  sustainable transformation.

New studies of the brain show that individual and group performance can be improved by understanding the biology of emotional and social intelligence. Well developed Emotional and Social Intelligence in Leaders and Management equates to higher levels of Authentic Leadership and Talent performance, which everybody knows relates to better bottom line outcomes and more enjoyment of life in general.

To that end, over 20 years ago, Psychiatrist, MBA and Corporate Consultant, Dr Carlos A Raimundo created a 3d Simulation method called the Play of Life® to fast-track behavioural change.  It works by directly accessing the limbic system and engaging the cortical structures of the brain; bypassing defense mechanisms and emotional blockages. The methodology is elegant, respectful and engaging in its simplicity.
